  • 12-24 Hours Notice: 25% cancellation fee may apply
  • Less than 12 Hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No Show: Full consultation fee may be charged
  • Emergency Situations: Special consideration given with proper documentation

  • Pre-paid Services: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before appointment
  • Partial Refunds: Available based on cancellation timing and service type
  • Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refund Methods: Same method as original payment (cash, card, online)
  • Documentation: Receipt and cancellation confirmation required

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Completed diagnostic tests and reports
  • Used medications and supplies
  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Administrative fees

Surgery & Procedure Cancellation

Special considerations apply for surgical procedures and major treatments:

  • 7+ Days Notice: Full refund of advance payments
  • 3-7 Days Notice: 80% refund of advance payments
  • 1-3 Days Notice: 60% refund of advance payments
  • Less than 24 Hours: 40% refund of advance payments
  • Medical Emergencies: Full refund with medical certificate

Important Notes:

  • Pre-operative tests and consultations are non-refundable
  • Hospital stay charges apply if cancelled on the day of admission
  • Insurance claims may affect refund amounts
  • Rescheduling is preferred over cancellation when possible
